Textured paper testing

So I recently purchased and downloaded some paper textures Grutbrushes.

Like probably a lot of us, I tend to repeat the same tried and tested means of creating textures, I'm usually in a hurry so I just can't be bothered to experiment. The result is that they simply don't differ.

So I thought I'd give these a go. Now it's early days, but they are really good fun, easy to use and very simple to edit and the feel is really terrific. I tend to use a lot of watercolour brushes and these were a joy. Here's a quick sketch of my youngest dressed as Woody!
